This Agreement is made between M/s Bal Sewa Sangh, Vaisali Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan, hereinafter called M/s Bal Sewa Sangh herein act as Medical Advisor and the advisor will be responsible to various activities. Dr. Sanjeev Khattar (BA/MS) look after all the activities whose Registration No. is 18346.
This Advisor is being appointed by M/s Bal Sewa Sangh, hereinafter and will act as Medical Advisor and will be responsible for the organizing and conducting the MMR/Typhied Vaccination Camps organized in Hisar Vicinity only. The Plan shall be decided by the 6 months or as per the need. Advisor is ready to take up the assignments set out in scope of wor in consideration of the remuneration and other terms and conditions as a stipulated below :-
